Set within the quiet charm of a countryside holiday cottage, this intimate British High Tea is designed for a small gathering of discerning guests. Whether you’re here for the cozy charm or to live out your Regency-era romance dreams, please join us for an unforgettable and one of a kind experience. Set among the warm glow of the oversized fireplace, stone accents, plaster walls and natural timber beams, enjoy a traditional British High Tea that is as delectable as it is Insta-ready.
Guests are welcomed with a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas—robust English Breakfast, fragrant Earl Grey, and delicate Darjeeling—each brewed to perfection and served in elegant teapots. Alongside, tiered stands present freshly baked scones, still warm, accompanied by clotted cream and house-made preserves. An assortment of finger sandwiches offer a savory counterpoint.
The sweet course is equally refined: miniature cakes, fruit slices, tarts and handcrafted petits fours, each prepared with attention to balance and detail.
Final menus are prepared and announced to guests within 2 weeks of the event. Photography and videography will be permitted during the event.

The Details
All High Teas are limited to a small number of guests. We ask that if you have a group attending the same event you make one ticket purchase to avoid some guests finding the event has been sold out if they try to purchase at a later time.
Events are not private to one group unless one group purchases all available tickets.
Parking
Parking is available on site with electric charging available as well.
Correspondance
The purchasing guests will receive a communication from us after the ticket purchase asking for the names, phone numbers, emails and ages of all attendees. At this point guests will be able to make dietary requests, which we will try to accommodate.
Cancellation
All ticket sales are non-refundable but transferable, meaning you may not receive a refund after making a purchase but you may notify us that you will not be attending and can provide the name of another/other guests that will be attending in your stead.

We ask all guests are 16+.
Time
Our High Teas begin at noon and end at 3pm.

The Holiday Cottage is located approximately 1.5 hours north of Atlanta, 10 minutes north of Ellijay and 10 minutes south of Blue Ridge.
